Sloe & Sprig is a small gift shop on St Kieran's Street. We make up hampers, pour our own candles and wrap every gift for free.

Christmas hours run from Monday 16 November. On Sundays we open from 29 November.
Until then we're open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

Irish cheddar, oatcakes, damson chutney, sloe gin truffles and a candle, in a wicker basket.

Clove & Orange candle
We pour it by hand in the shop, in a stoneware pot you'll keep. It burns for about 40 hours.

Woven in Ireland, in holly green or sloe plum. It comes rolled and tied with ribbon.

A potter in the county throws them for us and glazes them in winter white.

Ring us, call in or send the form below. You can pay when you collect, or over the phone.
Hampers
Order by Friday 11 December. We make each one up to order, ready to collect from Monday 14 December.
Delivery across Ireland
Order by Wednesday 16 December. We send it by courier to any address in the Republic.
Delivery in Kilkenny
Order by Friday 18 December. We drop it to your door ourselves on 21 or 22 December.
Click and collect
Order by noon on Wednesday 23 December. Your gifts will be wrapped and waiting from 3pm.
Hamper reservations open on Monday 2 November.
Gift vouchers
Stuck for an idea? Give a voucher.
Choose any amount from €10. We write the card by hand and pop it in a plum envelope.
- Buy one in the shop, or ring us and we'll post it to you.
- Every voucher lasts five years, and you can spend it over more than one visit.
